Youth Service Corps- Tall Oaks

Tall Oaks is a conference center that is just located outside of Linwood, KS. It is also the site of our Confirmation Retreats. Our youth have the opportunity to not only serve a site that they are familiar with already but will also be able to relax afterwards in the Tall Oaks pool! Saturday, July 27th 9 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.

Meet and pick-up at Tall Oaks Camp

9 to 11 a.m. Service Projects around Tall Oaks. Please make sure that youth are dressed appropriately for outdoor work: clothes that they don't mind getting dirty, tennis shoes, hat, gloves, sunscreen, water bottle

11 - 11:30 a.m. Lunch time- PLEASE bring a sack lunch. Also bring water and/or drinks for the event (reminder it will probably be very hot!)

11:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. Pool time! Youth should bring swim suit, sunscreen and towel

What to bring:

Work clothes

Tennis shoes/closed toed shoes

Hat

Gloves

Sunscreen (We will have extra)

Bug spray (We will have extra)

Water Bottle

SACK LUNCH

Water/drink for lunch

Swim suit

Towel

Change of clean dry clothes (optional)
